Bury St Edmunds Rickshaw provides free rides thanks to its dedicated team of volunteers. If you would like to join us, we’d love to hear from you. Most of our volunteers ride the rickshaw, but we would welcome offers of general help if cycling is not your thing. Full training is given.
As of February 2019 we are actively recruiting for the season starting in April, so do get in touch now.
Read the ‘Role and responsibilities of BSE Rickshaw riders‘ and complete the form below if you are interested in being one of our riders.
Other volunteer roles
We are looking for a shed master (rickshaw maintenance), auditor, fundraisers, co-passengers (also called Chatty Chums – job description here), and help with publicity. Please get in touch if you can help.
Information about volunteers is held for the purpose of contacting them about BSE Rickshaw activities, and as a record of volunteering work such as activities undertaken, training undergone, special skills, special needs.
